Our Green Onion Crab Cake recipe is a classic Chesapeake summer variation!
1 pound crab meat (we recommend fresh lump crab meat, but canned will do, too – be sure to rinse canned crab meat!)
½ cup saltine crackers, crumbled ¼ cup milk ¼ cup green onions, minced 2 tablespoons mayo 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce ½ teaspoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard ¼ teaspoon salt 2 eggs, beaten
Mix all ingredients together, shape into patties. Place on a cookie sheet and chill for a half-hour before cooking.
