Party Time Clam Dip Recipe

  • 2 cans minced clams with juice
  • Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened, (alternate: ½ cup butter softened, with ½ cup bread crumbs and ½ cup Parmesan cheese)
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon ground chili powder (optional)



Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into a baking pan, small casserole dish, or a pie tin and bake for 30 minutes or until mixture bubbles.

Alternative presentation: Instead of baking in a dish, carve a hole out of a small round bread loaf, pour mixture in and bake as above. Serve warm.
